A Chest circumference
Miss horizontally over the strongest part of the chest around the back. Stand completely relaxed.
B Waist
Guide the tape measure horizontally around the waist. The measuring tape should fit snugly without cutting in.
C Hip
Measure the strongest part of the hip and guide the measuring tape horizontally around the body.
If you are between two sizes, the smaller size will be tighter fitting and the larger size will be slightly wider. Decide for yourself what you prefer.
