Delivery time
If nothing special is mentioned with the product, we will deliver your order to Swiss Post within 2-3 working days. You can choose between A Mail and B Mail.
Shipping costs
Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
A-Post: 10.50 CHF
B-Post: 8.50 CHF.
From an order of CHF 250 we ship free of charge.
Europe: 14 CHF
outside Europe: 20 CHF
For shipments abroad, customs duties may still apply.
RETURNS
Check size selection when ordering
Every return not only means extra work for you and our small team, but also pollutes our environment. When choosing your size, please check carefully which size you are ordering. We have provided a size chart for all products to help you find your size. This way you don't have to order a product in different sizes.
Returns
If you still ordered a product from us that does not fit or you do not like, send it back to us unused and with all labels within 14 days of receipt. 14 days after your purchase is confirmed and can not be returned. We understand that you must try on our products to see if they fit. Please make sure that you do not leave any residue of make-up, deodorant and/or perfume, otherwise we cannot accept your return. We ask that you only try on our underwear and swimwear bottoms with your own underwear underneath. Please note that we cannot take back underwear and bikini bottoms that no longer have a hygiene label. Please do not remove the hygiene label until you are sure you want to keep the product. You will have to bear the costs of the return shipment. Deliveries with transport damages or wrongly delivered products will of course be replaced by us. If this should be the case, please send us an email to hi@lanue.ch.
If you have benefited from free shipping on an order of over CHF 250, but return part of your order (and therefore the value of the goods is less than CHF 250), we will charge you CHF 8.50 shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
Send us an email to hi@lanue.ch and let us know which products you would like to return. Then send the package with the products you don't want to keep back to the address we gave you. We will refund you the amount (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return. If you wish to exchange your products, you can then order your new products again in the shop.
Defects and warranty
There is a statutory warranty of 2 years. We do not accept any warranty for damage and defects resulting from improper use, operation and storage, negligent or faulty care and maintenance, overuse or improper repair by an unauthorised service partner.
